About us
Inclusive Consulting is a disability-led business, who strongly appreciate and understand the barriers that people with disability face in society.
We represent people with disability through access and inclusion consulting and related services in a diverse range of industries, with extensive expertise in the Screen, Arts and Creative sectors.

"Representing people with disability needs to be done in a way that's true to real narratives. People with disability want to be seen and heard in a way that is realistic and doesn't buy into the stereotypes".
Our Purpose
To open the doors of opportunity for people with disability and create environments where inclusivity is the norm.
We share our knowledge to help businesses meet access and inclusion standards with innovation, expertise and authenticity.
Reaching this goal together builds connection with the wider community, enabling people with disability to fully participate in all; services, products, content, employment opportunities, resources and more.

"We are one. See the value in each individual's opinions, experiences and beliefs because we all shape this world together"
Our Values
The community is at our core, maintaining strong connections with those impacted by the barriers of society.
We work with clients to build trust, respect and strong cultural ethos.
Key to maintaining an inclusive and thriving working environment.
We strive for people with disability to have their skills, unique experiences and perspectives recognised as crucial assets to your business.

"When we look at implementing accessibility for individuals, access needs to be considered on a case by case basis. No two people are the same, even if they both have vision loss, as an example"
