Focus groups are recommended prior to building a disability and inclusion plan to ensure the best results and sustainable outcome for the client.
Cancellation policy
For all booked services, please refer to the terms and conditions outlined in our agreed quote and/or contract. Advance deposits are non-refundable.
Additionally, a percentage of the total project cost may be chargeable, depending on the scope of the brief and the stage of the project at the time of cancellation.
